The terms that apply to bookings made with Snowtrax and to your use of snowtrax.eu. A quick read before you hit the slope.
These terms and conditions apply to your use of snowtrax.eu and to bookings you make with us. Please read them carefully. By using our website or making a booking, you accept these terms.
snowtrax.eu is owned and operated by Snowtrax Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 3468828. Registered address: Snowtrax, Matchams Lane, Hurn, Christchurch, Dorset BH23 6AW.
We work hard to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee it’s always complete or error-free, and it’s provided for general information only. Live pricing, availability and timetables are held in our online booking system, which always takes precedence.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt it. All content on the site – including text, images, logos and branding – belongs to Snowtrax or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We may include links to other websites; we’re not responsible for their content.
Bookings for sessions, lessons and activities can be made through our online booking system or by calling us on 01202 499155. We recommend booking in advance, and all bookings are subject to availability. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
Lesson prices include ski or snowboard equipment hire and a helmet, though you’re welcome to use your own equipment provided it’s in good working order. Helmets are compulsory for customers under 18. You’ll need to bring your own long-sleeved top, long trousers and gloves. We recommend wrist guards for snowboarding, and for advanced lessons additional protective equipment such as back protectors, padded shorts and knee pads.
Payment is made at the time of booking, using the payment methods offered at checkout. All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP £) and include VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change, and any promotional pricing is as displayed in the booking system at the time of booking.
Bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel a booking, no refund is given. However, if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll issue a credit voucher so you can re-book online or at reception. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booked time, no credit or re-arranging can be offered.
If Snowtrax ever needs to cancel a booking, we’ll offer you either a full refund or a voucher.
From time to time we offer discounts on bookable products. When a promotion is running, the discounted price is shown in the booking system. Promotions may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice, and discounted bookings must be used within the timeframes stated.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue or purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be reissued if lost.
All sports activities are potentially hazardous and can be physically demanding. You must be fit to take part in any activity at Snowtrax. If you’re in any doubt about your fitness, please consult your doctor first – particularly if you have an existing injury, epilepsy, a cardiovascular or respiratory condition, or are significantly overweight for your height.
It’s your responsibility to make sure you’ve had proper instruction before using our slopes or equipment for recreational use. All recreational slope users must read and sign the declaration at Reception, and meet the minimum standard it sets out, before taking part. If you’re under 16, a responsible adult must sign on your behalf. If you don’t meet the minimum requirement, a member of staff may ask you to leave the slope, and no refund will be given. Please be aware of the risks involved in taking part.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, Snowtrax accepts no responsibility for loss or injury arising from your own failure to follow instructions, the declaration, or staff guidance.
Snowtrax is not responsible for damage to, or loss or theft of, any of your property during your visit, and we’re not responsible for items left on our premises. Lost property found on site is held for four weeks, after which unclaimed items are passed to a local charity shop.
Any notice you send us must go to the contact details on this website. We may give you notice by the email or postal address you provided when booking. Notice is treated as received 24 hours after an email is sent, or seven working days after a letter is posted, provided it was correctly addressed and sent.
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy. Please read both alongside these terms.

Any contract for the purchase of products from this site, and any dispute or claim arising from it, will be governed by English law, and you and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there, and if you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
