Shredding for a Cause: Snowtrax Charity Park Jam Supporting #Willdoes!

Get stoked, Snowtrax fam! We’re beyond excited to announce our upcoming Charity Park Jam on Friday, 9th May 2025, and this one’s got extra heart. We’re dedicating the evening to supporting the incredible local charity, #Willdoes, in honour of Will, a much-loved snowboarder and a familiar face here at Snowtrax.

Join us from 6pm to 9pm on the Main Slope for a night packed with epic freestyle action, awesome community vibes, and all for a truly fantastic cause.

Here’s the lowdown on the night:

• 6pm-7pm: Get Dialed In – Registration & Open Practice: Come on down, get registered, and take some practice laps to get a feel for the park features.
• 7pm-9pm: The Main Event – Charity Park Jam: It’s go time! Throw down your best tricks – our very special guest judge, British Winter Olympic legend Jamie Nicholls, will be keeping a keen eye on all the action.
• 9pm-close: Good Times Continue – Apres Social & Ceremony: The fun doesn’t stop when the riding does! Head inside to the warm atmosphere of the Alpine Pub for music, good company, and to celebrate the winners.

More Than Just a Competition… It’s About Community and #Willdoes!

We’re all about bringing together the amazing ski and snowboard community here at Snowtrax. Expect a lively atmosphere with a DJ dropping the beats, smoke machines adding to the vibe, and the Alpine Pub serving up their delicious menu throughout the night.

While the focus is on fun and camaraderie, there will be some serious talent on display! We’ll be awarding prizes for the Best Trick U14 and the Best Trick Adults. Plus, keep your eyes peeled because we’ll be throwing out random spot prizes to riders who catch our attention!

Making a Difference with Every Ride

This year’s Park Jam is particularly meaningful as we’re proudly supporting #Willdoes. A massive 50% of all entry fees will be directly donated to this incredible charity, established in memory of William Paddy, whose young life ended too soon at the age of 14.

#Willdoes does vital work supporting children in Dorset with their physical and mental health, as well as promoting social inclusion. Representatives from #Willdoes will be joining us on the night, and we wholeheartedly encourage everyone – competitors and spectators alike – to donate whatever you can to help them continue making a real difference in young people’s lives.

Want to be part of the energy but not ride? No problem! Spectating and joining us for the Apres Social in the Alpine Pub is absolutely FREE for everyone. Come along, soak in the atmosphere, enjoy the tunes, and grab some tasty food and drinks.

Entry Deets:

• £20 – For riders aged 16 and over
• £16 – For riders under 16
