A big day out,
made simple.

Organising an activity day for a crowd is hard work. We try to take that off your plate. Tell us who’s coming, how many and roughly when – we’ll shape a day around your group, your aims and your budget, and look after the rest.

Everything happens on one site. The all-weather Proslope means sessions run whatever the forecast does, so there’s no last-minute scramble for a wet-weather plan. Weekdays are ideal for schools, youth groups and corporate away days – quieter slopes, more space, and our full attention.

Our instructors and activity team welcome groups of every age and ability every week, from nervous first-timers to confident regulars. No one gets left at the bottom of the slope.

Why groups love it

Everyone
included.

The quiet ones surprise themselves. The confident ones get a proper challenge. By the end, the whole group has shared something a bit out of the ordinary – and that’s the bit people remember.

How it works

From enquiry
to slope.

No complicated forms or instant online checkout for groups – just a quick conversation so we get your day right. Here’s the path.

Step 01

Enquire

Send us the basics – who’s coming, rough numbers, ages and when. It takes a couple of minutes and there’s nothing to pay to ask.

Step 02

We plan it

Our groups team comes back with options, timings and a quote, and helps you shape the right mix of activities for your group and budget.

Step 03

Confirm

Happy with the plan? We lock in your date. We’ll share what to bring, risk assessments where needed, and invoicing details for schools and organisations.

Step 04

Arrive

Turn up on the day and we take it from there – welcome, kit, instructors and a plan that runs like clockwork. You get to enjoy it too.

Get in touch

Plan your group day.

Tell us a little about your group and we’ll come back with ideas, availability and a quote. Not sure what would work best? That’s exactly what we’re here for – just say so in the message.

No deposit needed to enquire. We usually reply within one working day. By sending this you agree to our privacy policy.

    Good to know

    Group questions.

Anything from a handful of people up to 60-plus, depending on the activities and the time of year. Larger groups are usually split across activities and rotated through the day so everyone stays busy – tell us your numbers and we’ll work out the smoothest plan.
Not at all. The vast majority of group visitors are complete beginners. Sessions are led by qualified instructors, kit is provided, and people are grouped by age and ability so nobody feels out of their depth.
Sessions run rain or shine. Our slopes use an all-weather Proslope surface that actually runs beautifully when it’s wet, so a British forecast is no reason to cancel. We’ll always let you know if anything ever needs to change.
Yes. We can supply risk assessments and the supporting information schools and youth organisations typically need for sign-off. Just ask when you enquire and we’ll send everything across in good time.
Group pricing and timetables are confirmed when we plan your day, not bought instantly online. For schools and organisations we can invoice against a purchase order; other groups can usually pay by card or bank transfer. We’ll confirm the options for you.
The Alpine Pub serves hot food and drinks, with group catering and a function space available. It’s the natural hub for the day – perfect for a lunch stop between activities or food and drinks at the end. See the Alpine Pub.
The sooner the better, especially for peak dates like the end of term, summer holidays and the run-up to Christmas. Popular slots fill early, so get an enquiry in as soon as you have a rough date in mind.
Send a quick enquiry using the form above, or call the team on 01202 499155. Give us your group type, rough numbers and timeframe and we’ll take it from there.
