The best team-building doesn’t feel like team-building. Put colleagues on a slope none of them have skied, or strap them onto a Ringo, and you get the good stuff naturally – people cheering each other on, laughing at the wobbles, and seeing a different side of the team.
Everything is in one place, so there’s no shuttling between venues. Mix and match activities, build in time to eat and drink in the Alpine Pub, and use our function room as your base for the day. Weekdays are ideal for corporate groups – quieter and all yours.
From a small team social to a 60-strong company day, we’ll shape a programme around your numbers, your aims and your budget, and run the day so you don’t have to.

Our dedicated function room is your base for the day – seating up to 100 with multiple layout options, a projector screen and flip charts for briefings or presentations, free WiFi, and its own private bar. Hire it on its own, or as the hub your group returns to between activities.

Catering in the Alpine Pub
Refuel with hot food, drinks and a warm welcome. Add a buffet to your hire – cold and hot spreads from £14 per head – whether it’s a working lunch between sessions or food and drinks to round off a celebration. Bespoke menus on request.

Set near Bournemouth Airport with easy access from across Dorset and Hampshire, our dedicated function room seats up to 100 and comes with its own private bar. Lay it out for a morning conference, then clear it for food, drinks and a celebration by night – all a few steps from the slope.

From small teams of a few people up to groups of 60-plus. Larger groups are split and rotated across activities through the day so everyone stays involved. Tell us your numbers and we’ll design the flow.
None at all – that’s rather the point. Beginner sessions are led by qualified instructors with all kit provided, so the whole team starts on a level playing field, whatever their fitness or background.
Yes. The Alpine Pub serves hot food and drinks, and we offer buffet menus from £14 per head – a cold spread, or hot buffets with canapés, chips and mains like chicken tikka or chilli. Working lunch or food to finish, just tell us what you have in mind. See the Alpine Pub.
Yes – a dedicated function room that seats up to 100 with multiple layout options, a projector screen and flip charts, free WiFi and its own private bar. Use it as your base for arrivals, briefings and bringing the group back together between activities, or hire it on its own for a conference or celebration.
As a guide, full-day hire (10am–5pm) is £210 Monday to Friday, and evening hire (6pm–11pm) is from £160. Extras like a private bar (£60) or a late licence until midnight (£105) can be added. Activities and catering are quoted on top – send an enquiry for a tailored package.
Easily. Activities like Ringos require no skill at all, and ski or snowboard tasters are pitched for complete beginners. We’ll suggest a mix so everyone – competitive or cautious – has a great time.
Everything runs rain or shine on the all-weather Proslope, so there’s no risk of a washout. We’ll always be in touch in advance if anything ever needs tweaking.
