SLOPE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Title: Assistant Manager of Slope Operations

Hours: Full Time

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 a year

Job Description:

Snowtrax Ltd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our company, the Assistant Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our slop activity operations. The ideal candidate will embody our company culture of inclusivity and fun, contributing to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

– Assist day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functioning of the facility

– Assist manage and lead a team of staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

– Assist to implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity

– Assist with training of other team members to ensure high standard of customer service and safety is maintained.

– Stay informed about current promotions, events, and new offerings to effectively communicate with customers

– Adhere to company policies and procedures while actively participating in team meetings

– Collaborate with management to address any maintenance issues promptly

Key Attributes:

– Previous customer service experience

– Excellent phone etiquette

– Strong leadership abilities

– Exceptional organisational skills

– Effective time management capabilities

– Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

– Proficiency in administrative tasks
